I have sensitive ears! What are the earrings posts made of?
The posts used are hypoallergenic nickel-free and lead-free titanium. 


Are the earrings heavy?
No! They are lightweight that you would not even feel you are wearing them.
 
CARE
How do I clean my jewelry pieces?
When necessary, clean with a damp cloth, tower or cotton swab and a small amount of acetone and rub gently over the necessary areas.


How can I make my clay creations last longer?
The pieces are build sturdily with the highest quality Premo clay, but handle with care! Polymer clay is durable but not bend the pieces or drop them as clay is not unbreakable. Keep your pieces away from oils, lotions and perfumes and store them in a dry place. Do not wear in water or place in direct sunlight for long-term.


Is the jewelry exactly as in the pictures?
Each piece is entirely handmade so there may be slight variations especially when they have a texture as the piece is cut from different angles.

Do you take wholesale orders?

SHIPPING
How are the pieces shipped? 
The AZUCENA pieces are nicely packed in small study boxes or poly bubble mailer depending on the order. 


How long does shipping takes?
AZUCENA makes to order and shipping within the United States takes approximately 1-2 weeks. However AZUCENA does her best for all orders to be shipped out within 3-5 business days after the order has been received. 


What do I do if I have not received my order?
Once an order is dropped off with the shipping carrier and is shown as "in transit" AZUCENA BRANDS is not longer responsible for the package and will not replace or refund if the item is lost. If you have any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.


RETURN & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my ordered pieces? 
Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not acceptable on custom pieces or earrings due to health or hygiene reasons. Please email AZUCENA if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.


What is the period time for returns?
If approved AZUCENA have a 14-day policy on any item except custom orders or earrings, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a return. Refund will only be issued as store credit.
