★ Each piece is entirely handmade so please allow for any imperfections and/or slight variations. Each piece is designed and carefully handcrafted through the process from beginning to end: High quality polymer clay is mixed and conditioned, hand-roll, sand, drill and details are added until everything is assembled.
***MATERIAL***
★ Each piece is made of polymer clay Premo. The pieces are hypoallergenic nickel-free and lead-free. Non-toxic products are being used during the process and each piece is completely clean before shipping.
***CARE INSTRUCTIONS***
★ Please keep away from oils, lotions, and perfumes and store in a dry place. Do not wear in water or place in direct sunlight for long-term. Take care of these pieces: they are built sturdily with the highest quality Premo clay, but do not bend them or drop them as clay is not unbreakable. When necessary, clean with a damp cloth/towel or a cotton swab and a small amount of acetone and rub gently.
***SHIPPING***
★ Make to order but all orders will be shipped out within 1 - 2 business days after the order has been received.
★ The pieces are nicely packaged in small sturdy boxes or poly bubble mailers depending on the order.
***RETURNS***
★ Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not acceptable due to health or hygiene reasons. Please send an email if you are not 100% happy with the product!
